About Me

I’m Hannah (she/her) - a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in St. Louis, Missouri. I work with adults & teens to help them navigate relationships, increase self-trust, make decisions they feel good about, and process the stuff they’ve been working hard to just move on from.

In graduate school and during my early career, I was trained as a trauma-focused therapist for children and adolescents. I have helped many individuals process sexual violence, household physical or emotional abuse, unhealthy relationship dynamics, religious trauma, and traumatic grief. If your past is heavy or complicated, know that I am okay and will be able to hold it with you.

I also care a lot about the ways that bigger systems impact your life and mental health - how things like culture, religion, white supremacy, patriarchy, and politics cause or exacerbate the adverse lived experiences that so many of us hold.

I am a therapist who has been to therapy! Outside of this practice, I work at a university counseling center. I live in St. Louis County with my partner and our cat, and I am on a continuous journey of learning how to care for myself and live fully in a world that can be extremely painful as well as beautiful.

I’m glad you’re here - reach out to connect and see if we might work well together!
